★The fine print
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Campbell’s Pickles website and your purchases from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, placing an order, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Products and availability
Campbell’s Pickles offers small-batch pickled products. Products, flavors, and quantities are offered while supplies last and may change or sell out without notice. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Orders and checkout
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until we accept it and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we cannot verify the order. Online ordering may be limited to certain areas (for example, our local Tennessee hand-delivery area); eligibility is shown at checkout.
4. Pricing and product information
We work to keep prices, descriptions, ingredients, and images accurate, but errors can occur. Prices and availability may change at any time. If we discover an error affecting your order, we may correct it, or cancel the order and issue a refund for that item.
5. Payment processing through Stripe
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you pay, your card or wallet details are collected and handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout. See our Privacy Policy for what payment information we receive.
6. Fulfillment: shipping, pickup, delivery & fresh-food handling
Depending on availability, orders may be offered for local hand delivery, pickup, or shipping. Delivery windows and availability are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, demand, and other factors. Because our products are food, please refrigerate perishable items promptly on receipt and follow any storage guidance provided. If you will not be available to receive a delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative.
7. Refunds, returns, cancellations & damaged orders
Because we sell food products, items are generally non-returnable once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us promptly (ideally within 48 hours of receipt) with your order number and a description or photo, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate. Cancellation of an order may be possible before it is prepared or shipped — contact us as soon as possible. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
8. Food, allergy & storage disclaimer
Our products are made in a facility that also handles common ingredients and may contain or come into contact with allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please review ingredient information and contact us before ordering. You are responsible for proper storage and handling after delivery. This information is not medical advice.
9. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information; to be responsible for activity on your order; and to use the site lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so we can reach you about your order.
10. Event and wholesale requests
Event, vendor, fundraiser, and wholesale requests submitted through our forms are inquiries only. Nothing is booked, reserved, priced, or guaranteed until we confirm the details with you directly in writing. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement.
11. Website use rules
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with security features (such as anti-spam/anti-bot protection), scraping or harvesting data, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
12. Intellectual property
The Campbell’s Pickles name, logo, content, images, and design are owned by Campbell’s Pickles or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
13. Third-party services and links
The site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for anti-spam protection, and Google Maps/Places). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell’s Pickles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
