This Privacy Policy explains how Campbell’s Pickles (“Campbell’s Pickles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, place an order, or send us a contact, event, or wholesale request. By using our website you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Name — first and last name you provide.

- Phone number — used for order tracking and customer service (see Section 3).
- Shipping / billing information — the address details you enter for an order or delivery-area check.
- Order details — the products, quantities, notes, and order history associated with your purchases.
- Form submissions — the information you send through our contact, event, and wholesale inquiry forms.
- Payment / checkout metadata from Stripe — our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card or wallet details. We receive limited, non-sensitive information such as a confirmation that payment succeeded, the payment method type, the card brand, and the last four digits. We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Basic site & security data — such as IP address, browser and device type, server and access logs, cookies, and anti-spam/anti-bot signals from Cloudflare Turnstile.
2. How we use information
- Process and fulfill your orders.
- Send order, pickup, delivery, and customer-service updates.
- Respond to your contact, event, and wholesale requests.
- Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and keep the site secure.
- Understand and improve our website and products.
- Send marketing messages only if you have separately opted in (see Section 3). We never bundle marketing consent into the consent you give to place or track an order.
3. Phone and text message policy
- Your phone number may be used for order-related and customer-service communication about a purchase or request you made.
- Promotional or marketing texts and calls are sent only if you separately opt in — for example, by checking the optional marketing box at checkout or on a form.
- Marketing consent is optional and is never required to buy from us or to receive order updates.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP (or “cancel”/“unsubscribe” where applicable) to a message, or by contacting us at the address in Section 10.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Payment processors — Stripe, to process payments securely.
- Shipping / delivery providers — if and when used to deliver an order.
- Website hosting, analytics, and security vendors — that help us operate and protect the site.
- Email / SMS vendors — if used to send confirmations, updates, or (with your consent) marketing messages.
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights, customers, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and security tools
We use a small number of cookies and third-party tools to keep the site working, secure, and useful:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-spam / anti-bot protection on our forms and checkout.
- Stripe — secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Google Maps / Places — if used, to show stand locations and help with address entry.
- Basic browser / session cookies — used for core functionality such as your cart and session.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.
6. Data retention
We keep order, contact, and inquiry records for as long as needed to run our business and to meet tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and customer-support needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practical.
7. Your choices
- Access / update / delete — you may contact us to review, update, or request deletion of your information (subject to records we must keep by law).
- Marketing opt-out — reply STOP to a marketing text, or contact us, to stop marketing messages at any time.
- Cookie / browser controls — manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings.
8. Children’s privacy
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information — including secure payment handling through Stripe. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
